Behind its concrete exterior, Renaissance’s residential building is driven by bold ideas. Among its most distinguishing features are exposed concrete and the minimalist architecture approach. In many ways, it serves as the foundation of modern life.

The Renaissance-inspired residential building is located on Vesetas Street, between Skanste, the city’s central business district, and Quiet Centre, the city’s Art Nouveau district. Despite the street’s proximity to class-A office buildings, top entertainment venues, and recreational facilities, it is a quiet residential area.

The Renaissance’s design and materials were selected to reflect its surroundings through a combination of aesthetically pleasing and functional features. In today’s Renaissance, architectural proportions and lines are clean and harmonious. Its structure is designed to display an exposed concrete structure and convey the building’s monumental character. Its glass facades allow natural light to flood the building.

There is an abundance of luxury and refined quality at Renaissance. The spacious and bright space inspires residents to design their own unique homes. In the building, there are ten apartments available, ranging in size from one to two levels. Renaissance is a borderless living space that extends out into the street landscape. Each apartment has an open layout and access to a private outdoor space, giving it a sense of privacy from the rest of the building.

Renaissance apartment building has a futuristic design. Using the least amount of energy and resources, it maximizes efficiency and comfort. There is an individual heating unit in every apartment. Thermal barriers are installed to prevent cold bridges between terraces and the living area, and the glass facade is made up of three-chamber glazing with an ultraviolet (UV) absorbing coating. Several smart technologies are embedded in the building, including remote meter readers, access control with a chip, pin code, and mobile app, and an intercom that can answer calls from anywhere in the world.

As part of the project’s commitment to sustainable practices, Renaissance offers electric vehicle charging stations and a convenient air-conditioned garbage and recycling room.
