Construction Progressing on ‘H3B’ Project
Construction of an A-class residential building on Hanza Street, located in the historical part of Riga, is progressing. This project represents the largest civil construction endeavor by ‘LNK Industries’ to date.
To date, we have successfully completed the installation of 968 piles and constructed a temporary support wall (Berlin type) along Hanza Street. Additionally, we’ve dismantled the transformer substation building, thus making a way for the new structure. Active construction phases include earth excavation, pile cutting, and groundwater lowering. Parallel to these activities, we are committed to the ongoing groundwater monitoring, geotechnical supervision, and careful monitoring of adjacent buildings to ensure their integrity. In the coming weeks, we will commence lattice girder concreting and the construction of the basement floor slab. These steps are crucial for the project’s continuation.
Given the building’s location in the UNESCO World Heritage protection zone of Riga’s historical center, we are conducting our work with the utmost respect and reverence for the area’s cultural and historical significance. We anticipate commissioning the building at the beginning of 2026. The project is developed by LNK Properties, with AB3D leading the architecture and interior design.
