The fourth phase of Southern Gate, Class ‘A’ complex of warehouses, retail and office premises, located in Riga, Rezeknes Street 5a, has been commissioned. The developer of Southern Gate is LNK Properties, which successfully realizes projects for further rent and sale in warehousing, trade, office as well as industrial and residential segments, while the construction works were carried out by JSV LNK Industries.
The Southern Gate complex, which was launched in spring 2019, is a 5-hectare multi-functional Class ‘A’ industrial park that combines warehousing, office, trade and production facilities with developed infrastructure. In the fourth phase, a two-story building with a total area of 4210 m2 was put into operation. It is built in compliance with energy efficiency principles and fully equipped with modern utilities and telecommunications. The complex has EV charging stations available, and it is planned to install solar panels. The spacious premises of Southern Gate are suitable for small and medium enterprises and large companies.
Pavels Broitmans, a board member at LNK Properties Ltd, the company developing the project, emphasizes: ‘As a developer of all phases of the stock office project Southern Gate, we have put in order the decrepit area and created a multifunctional business complex that combines the concepts of a shop, an office and a warehouse. It is greatly located and conveniently accessible from all sides of Riga.
The territory of this district is evolving; the East Highway is being built, and Southern Gate will only contribute to the overall strategic development of the neighbourhood. In addition, our plans for the coming years include another phase of Southern Gate’s expansion – the construction of warehouses, offices, stores.’

The Southern Gate complex is located in the block between Piedrujas, Rezeknes and Darzciema streets, near the Southern Bridge, and the Eastern Highway under construction, which makes it easy to reach from various parts of Riga. The complex consists of five buildings with the total usable total area of 20 000 m2.
