This modern residential and business complex is situated in the upscale Riga suburb Baltezers. Completed in just 1.5 years, it was successfully adapted to the challenging geological and meteorological conditions in the area. The construction is supported by 700 piles, reinforced steel wire ropes and cutting-edge other reinforcement elements tested in Belgium. So that the building would blend in perfectly with its surroundings, decorative concrete and specially treated Siberian larch were chosen as the main exterior finish materials, for their durability, as well as their aesthetic qualities. Besides the visually astounding energy-efficient main building, the complex features internal residential roads, home utility systems, a marina and thoughtfully planned surroundings.
