Topping-Out Ceremony of Heart of Hanza
Together with colleagues and partners, we marked an important milestone in the Heart of Hanza project – the traditional topping-out ceremony. This moment is always special for builders: the structure of the building is now clearly visible, and the scale of the completed work becomes tangible.
This is one of our most ambitious civil construction projects, requiring high precision and technical expertise. The construction site is located in the historic center of Riga, within the UNESCO World Heritage protection zone, which is why the work is carried out with exceptional care using modern technologies and innovative solutions.
Our LNK Industries team continues to make steady progress: the load-bearing structures are completed, and we have begun installing the roof structures, working on the façade, engineering systems, and interior finishes, so that very soon this building will become a modern and comfortable living space in the heart of Riga.
The project is being developed by LNK Properties, with AB3D Arhitekti as the project architects. Completion is scheduled for 2026.
