1,242 spaces for convenient and safe parking in a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment — this is the contribution of the new multi-storey car park to the development of the passenger terminal infrastructure at Tallinn Airport. The new car park has five, separate, reinforced-concrete sections on three floors, including an open roof deck. The height of the floors is at least 240 centimetres. The distance between the sections is 8 metres and there are pedestrian routes and ramps on the upper floors of the parking sections.
Traffic in the parking area is one-way and the parking spaces are arranged in a zigzag pattern at an angle of 60°. A separate Kiss & Fly area for short-term parking is built on the first floor of the car park. The car park is equipped with automatic number plate readers and a system for indicating available spaces.

The perforated design of the facades of the parking sections allow in over 30% natural light and airflow, creating a dynamic and airy space overall. The facades are made of corten steel perforated panels with a natural patina finish.
The car park is connected to the airport terminal building by a gallery equipped with stairs, lifts and passenger conveyor belts. The gallery is protected from adverse weather conditions by a ventilated tempered glass facade.
The project was carried out in cooperation with the Estonian consortium KMG Inseneriehituse. LNK Industries also built the traffic infrastructure around the car park, ensuring its full integration into the Tallinn Airport area. All work was carried out without interrupting airport operations.
