Progress of the “Heart of Hanza” Construction Works
The “Heart of Hanza” project site is progressing steadily in Riga’s historic center on Hanzas Street.
Extensive concreting work is underway, and the construction of load-bearing structures for the zero cycle is nearing completion. The building will soon connect to the city’s central heating system. Concrete floor installation, masonry work, and basement slab waterproofing are in progress.
The construction site is located within Riga’s historic center and the UNESCO World Heritage protection zone, therefore, the work is being carried out with the utmost care, using innovative technologies. The building is scheduled to be completed in early 2026. The project developer is LNK Properties, with architectural and interior design by AB3D.
