The certification confirms that high-quality energy efficiency, ecological and user well-being solutions have been implemented in the building’s design, reconstruction and operation.

The LEED certification confirms our team’s professionalism and extensive experience in building reconstruction, as well as our ability to deliver projects that meet future requirements. We are proud of what has been achieved and of the fact that V118 has become not only a modern working environment for its tenants but also the main home of our company.”
During the reconstruction process, the building’s reinforced concrete frame was preserved while its visual appearance was completely transformed. Significant emphasis was placed on recycled and environmentally friendly materials, as well as on sorting and recycling construction waste.
The building was commissioned at the beginning of 2024. The project developer is LNK Properties. The architectural concept and initial design solutions were developed by MARK Arhitekti, while the architectural modifications and interior design were created by ARX Arhitekti. Construction works were carried out by LNK Industries.
