Two buildings built by LNK Industries, each in their category, have received first place in the “Latvian Construction Annual Award 2021”. To add, the LNK Industries’ project manager earned the highest rating among many other professionals in the industry.
In the competition “Latvian Construction Annual Award 2021”, LNK Industries acquired two first places.
Project ”National Song Festival Open-space building” in Mežaparks won 1st place in the nomination “Engineering building – new building” during the closing stage of the evaluation. The commissioning party of the project was Riga municipality. Architect’s J. Poga Office, author Austris Mailītis. Project was supervised by “Rīgas Serviss”.
“Science and Innovation Centre VIZIUM” in Ventspils – 1st place in the nomination “Public Building – New Building”. The commissioning party was Ventspils Municipal Administration. Ambrasas Architectu Biuras (Lithuania). Construction was supervised by “Firma L4”.
Furthermore, LNK Industries project manager Juris Latvels won the highest rating award – “Excellence in Construction 2021” in the competition “Latvian Engineer in the Construction 2021”.
The organizers of the “Latvian Construction Annual Award” and “Latvian Annual Engineer in Construction” contests are the “Building Design and construction council” association. The aim of the competition is to promote safe, innovative, high-quality, and aesthetical buildings. As well – highlight and evaluate experts in construction, and increase the prestige of the construction, design, and architecture industry in society by promoting good practice in Latvia and beyond.
