Construction work in Riga’s historic center – “Heart Of Hanza” – is taking shape!
Construction work is ongoing in Riga’s historic center at 3B Hanzas Street, where one of our largest civil construction projects – “Heart Of Hanza” – is taking shape!
Currently, concrete work is in full swing. The casting of the sixth-floor slab of Building A is nearing completion, and all floors of Building A are expected to be finished by mid-February. At the same time, masonry work and basement slab waterproofing are underway.
The heating unit has already been installed on-site, and the building is now connected to the city’s water supply system. In the near future, window installation and façade construction will commence.
The project is being developed by LNK Properties, with AB3D Arhitekti as the project architects. Completion is scheduled for 2026.
