The Historical Brick Floor Covering of Riga Castle
During the restoration work in the passageway of Wing D castle, evidence of the historical brick floor covering with foundations of dividing walls was uncovered. Modifications were made to the project, and the initially planned paving was replaced with the rediscovered brick floor coverin.
The construction works for the first and second floors of Riga Castle’s Wing D are being carried out by LNK Industries as per the order of the State Real Estate.
