As part of Karjeras Diena (Career Day), we were pleased to welcome students from “Pētnieku Darbnīca” (Young Researchers’ Workshop) to LNK Industries.
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to gain insight into the day-to-day work of the LNK Industries team and explore how the construction industry operates, and learn about the many professions involved in delivering large-scale construction projects. We also discussed the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to become future engineers, project managers, construction professionals, and other industry specialists.
It is always inspiring to see young people’s curiosity, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in understanding how major projects come to life. Perhaps some of today’s visitors will become part of the next generation shaping the future of our industry.
