The Shadow Day (Ēnu diena) at LNK Industries was a great opportunity to welcome curious, motivated, and goal-oriented young people.
We are encouraged to see growing interest in the construction industry among the next generation.
During the day, we shared our experience, introduced our work at the V118 office, and provided insights into the daily responsibilities of construction project managers, as well as behind-the-scenes processes of project execution.
We hope this experience inspired new ideas and helped students better understand their future career paths. We wish them confidence, curiosity, and determination in achieving their goals.
